Custom deck design and build firm, Mosaic Outdoor Living & Landscapes kicked off season two of the hit HGTV DIY Network show ‘Mega Decks’ with a launch party Friday, April 8, featuring onsite tours of one of the mega decks featured in season one.

“Being able to showcase outdoor living spaces that are made right here in Colorado and seeing how it inspires the nation to live life more fully with their families is truly one of the greatest parts of what we do,” said Garth Hystad, Owner of Mosaic Outdoor Living & Landscapes and star of the show ‘Mega Decks’.
Homeowners featured in season one, homeowners from season two and the designers behind the extraordinary outdoor living spaces enjoyed hot pizzas straight from the outdoor pizza oven as they marveled at the beautiful views of Black Forest and basked in the warm sun.
The homeowners and hosts of the event who were shown in season one, shared their favorite feature of their new deck stating, “The best part is that I can enjoy sitting and reading while relaxing on the deck, regardless of the weather,” said Felicia Colvert.
Some of the outdoor living spaces being created and featured on the show include glass weather walls, water features, a gourmet outdoor kitchen, iron railings, fire features, spiral staircases, an outdoor pizza oven and even audio visual capabilities that can be operated from a mobile device.
